For me, property has never been about chasing returns.
It is about helping people protect what they have worked hard to build and create a future that is secure, independent and within their control.
Over the years, I have learned that wealth without protection creates uncertainty. Real growth comes when decisions are thoughtful, structured and aligned with long-term goals.
The Experiences That Shaped My Thinking
My professional journey began as a motor technician and eventually led me to leadership roles in the automotive industry, including serving with Toyota in Gurgaon.
Life, however, taught me lessons beyond business.
Personal loss, changing industries and years of experience across different ventures taught me the importance of protecting capital, thinking independently and making decisions with patience.
These experiences shaped the philosophy I follow today.
